Return Policies
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from checkout date for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error, we'll provide a prepaid return label and the restocking fee will be waived
A RMA number is required for all returns. Please send us a message for return instructions. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed.
Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
Return shipping fees are not refundable.
