I am going to start listing some of my collection of Survey Instrument catalogs, watch my auctions for more.   I am not a book collector so not familiar with grading standards they use, I will describe the condition as best I can below, I can email additional photos on request
This auction is for a 1896 F.C. Knight (cannot find a date so estimated from the letters inside) catalog of surveying and drafting instruments.

1896 - Soft cover 96 pgs. There is a 2" tear at the bottom of the front cover at the binding, otherwise VG.
