1926-36 Historical Documents Related to
Chamoy Construction Company and
John & Maria (Marietta) Palacino
Property: 1960 W. 12th St., Brooklyn, NY
Chamoy Construction Company's principal office was at 1913 W. 12th Street, Brooklyn.  All of these papers are related to a home that Chamoy sold in 1926 to the Palacinos.  The home was located at 1960 W. 12th Street (a few doors down), and is still standing today.
Based on my research, I believe Chamoy Construction had probably built this entire row of houses about 1925-1926, and their company office was located right onsite where the construction was being done.

- Beautiful vintage condition, from a non-smoking environment.
- They have
been stored in a folded position, and the folds are permanent.  The paper is sound, with no sign of abuse or moisture damage, and no bad smells.
The above is my good-faith attempt to disclose all noteworthy issues. Keep in mind that vintage/antique items always show their age. (Don't we all!?)  It would be impossible to mention every tiny detail, so please expect that
there will be something
about this item (or lot) that's not perfect and may need touch-up.
