    Description

    Antique Burmese A-le 20 tical, a zoomorphic form of a market weight often referred to as an “opium weight”, in the form  of a To-myin, a mythical creature crossing a horse and a lion, having a curly mane and chin beard, open mouth, a peaked forelock, pair of horns followed by a pair of ears then the curled up mane, full chest, and curled tail standing on all thin fours on a rounded and tapered square base. In addition a convenient arched handle stretches from head to tail, usually seen on weights 50 tical and higher.  SKU# UH80092
