Bah Lias Rubber Estates London 1930 typed signed agreement copy

Description

2 page document June 23 1930 between The Bah Lias Rubber Estates Limited Tower Street London and CH Van Der Loo (Dutch citizen businessman) and The United Lankat Plantations Company Limited of London.  Services of Van der Loo being transferred from one company to another per a prior agreement. The small cover letter says this is his copy so I don't know if signatures on 2nd page are copies or they signed both original and copy? I like the signatures, the fact that it was a rubber company (probably to do with Dutch East Indies companies that his father had business with) Also old metal paperclip at top that I didn't want to remove to not rip paper
