    You are bidding on a
    Hallicrafters Model SM 40 S-Meter
    .  This is a vintage seldom seen accessory item.  It appears to be complete and unmodified, but is untested.  It has not been stored properly, allowing the paint to show corrosion, but it is good on the front
    .  So a restoration would require repainting the sides and back.
    It measures roughly 3 3/4 by 5 3/4 by 4 1/2 inches in size, not counting the feet.
    It should be great for your Hallicrafters collection.
