Description

Excess from a nearby government facility.  They bought it in 1992.  Government worker said it has been in warehouse a long time but he was unsure last time anyone used it.  We are not users of this type of equipment ourselves.

Testing: (See Video below).   Turned Interlake stitcher on and did some sample stapling in the video.  Binding looks like it made strong stitches like an American product would be expected to do.  I had the distance settings on the top head about half way between 1 and 2 and also that same distance on the table height adjuster down below.  Not experienced at how the machine works so was unsure exactly how to do/set the height distances.  Didn't adjust table in video but did outside of video.  Adjusts up and down appropriately and the hand lock works too.
Please request other photos if so desired or if there is a better way to do the "length" settings, let me know how and I can adjust and make another video if so desired.
