    This CVap Holding Cabinet is manufactured by Industries. It's an under-counter unit, and comes equipped with user friendly features. It stands at 15.7", and has (2) electric differential controls. The patented CVap feature allows you to maintain the integrity of the food in the warmer until it's ready to serve. You can fry chicken and serve it later without loosing that freshly fried texture.
    This warming draw can accommodate (1) full steam table pan (6" (152 mm) deep), 2 half steam table pans, 3 third steam table pans, or 1 1/1 gastronorm pans.
