OSA Racing Flywheels are CAD designed and manufactured from a solid one piece billet chromoly steel forgings. They are designed to reduce weight and inertia for great engine response. Our Chromoly-Steel flywheels have a combination of low weight and high heat capacity which is specifically designed for any types of street or track racing such as Drift, Drag, Rally, Time Attack, and more. The reduced weight and inertia gives you a snappier throttle response and quicker shifting as mentioned before. These types of flywheels are designed to increase major airflow which helps cool down the entire clutch. It has been tested up to 18,000 rpm without failure. OSA Flywheels are designed and tested to ensure the safety and quality of every flywheel. Years of R&D has given us the knowledge and firsthand experience to choose wisely the best material to manufacture flywheels that will surpass your expectations. All of OSA flywheels are made from 4140CHROMOLY-STEEL. OSA Flywheels are SFI Certified meeting performance standards for the automotive and motorsport industry.

We only replace items if they are defective in workmanship which concludes the following: springs popping out, rivets or drive straps breaking, diaphragm spring breaking, and friction plate cracks. If for some reason you think your clutch is defective please tell us why you think the item is defective and provide photos showing the parts.  We do not replace any items that are used, burned, or contaminated with oil/grease.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over , please add signature confirmation and shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if something happens to it.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. T
o be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused . It must also be in the original packaging.

This clutch kit has the main essentials to do your clutch replacement. This cluth kit is perfect for users who are looking to keep the stock like pedal feel and want an aggressive engagement. One Stop Autoworks who is also known as OSA Manufacturing Company is one of the few independent companies that manufacture their products in the United States. Unlike majority of their competitors, these clutches are built as race clutches from the ground up.
Our 6-puck sprung disc offers a great engagement and holds 40% more torque than stock. This disc can be paired with any of our pressure plates or any other brand. This disc is built for great holding capacity and enables drivers to shift quicker than usual and hard slips all the way to the finish line. Our 6-puck, spring-centered race disc features a spring-center construction to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. OSA's spring retainers utilize wrap around spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. With the 6-puck, spring-centered race disc engagement is aggressive but streetable. The disc can absorb three times more amount of heat then a regular OEM disc. 500 mile break-in is mandatory to receive the best results. CLUTCH CHATTER IS NORMAL ON ALL PUCK CLUTCHES.
