Rare in its own form original 1921 US Passport green book and folds out to form document, in rare original mailing envelope with all paperwork enclosed, like right of a time capsule, incredibly rare as found and also document is autographed, signed by Bainbridge Colby, an American Politician and Attorney, controversial  Secretary of State replacement under President Wilson,  formed law practice in Washington DC with former President Woodrow Wilson and was politically active even being a co founder of the Progressive Party.
