As it's print-on-demand, we do not accept the cancel request when it's moved to production. It can be cancelled when it's in processing time. We are working hard to deliver the package as - soon as possible so after one day from ordering, it's moved to production.

In case the product has been delivered in accordance with the description but you are still not satisfied, you must bear the return shipping cost and 50% of the order amount.
