This is the bare unit only- NO BASE etc. I couldn’t find any names on it however it’s pretty similar to ones made by Queen & Company. Good optics, the lines have a little wear but theyre still there and straight. Level is good. Shows some normal usage wear. Comes as seen in photos free shipping.
